  • Do you accept exchanges or refunds?

  • Yes, provided that the request is made within 7 days upon receipt of the parcel. 


  • I ordered the wrong size. Is it possible to replace it with a different size?

  • Yes, size exchanges can be done provided that:

    1. the customer sends us a size replacement request within 7 days upon receipt of the parcel;
    2. the customer shoulders the pickup and delivery fees;
    3. and the items are still intact and have not been washed.  

    Just contact us via email, FB, IG or Shopee to raise your request for size exchange.


  • I received a damaged item. What should I do?

  • Send us a message with details such as your Name, Order Number, and a photo attachment of the damaged item. Contact us via:

    We have a hardworking quality assurance team, but in the event that you get a problematic item, don’t worry because we will positively respond to you. 


    We do replacements or refunds for these kinds of issues. 


  • The parcel sent to me has a missing item. How do I get the missing item?

  • Send us a message with photo proof of the package on any of our social media platforms or email. If proven, we will immediately send out the missing item/s.
