Yes, provided that the request is made within 7 days upon receipt of the parcel.
Yes, size exchanges can be done provided that:
- the customer sends us a size replacement request within 7 days upon receipt of the parcel;
- the customer shoulders the pickup and delivery fees;
- and the items are still intact and have not been washed.
Just contact us via email, FB, IG or Shopee to raise your request for size exchange.

We have a hardworking quality assurance team, but in the event that you get a problematic item, don’t worry because we will positively respond to you.
We do replacements or refunds for these kinds of issues.
Send us a message with photo proof of the package on any of our social media platforms or email. If proven, we will immediately send out the missing item/s.
